As someone who invests in real estate (with my husband), I have a real understanding for what it takes to put money and effort into a reno, or building from the ground up. New Construction: I've grown up around New Construction, with my father is a builder & my husband and I have also stared our own portfolio of New Construction investments!
Online Marketing: Social Media has become an extremely powerful tool in any business, and I take pride in the focus I've developed to consistently growing my audience to better market the properties my team has listed for sale.
Of course, I cover all aspects of Real Estate in HRM, but those two are my strongest suits of expertise.
